Nominated for ‘Best Integrated Campaign’ at both The Drum PR and Social Purpose Awards 2022.
An awareness campaign for the Competition & Markets Authority (CMA).

Made during my time at 23red to raise consumer awareness of sneaky, but not illegal, sales tactics used online.
Think pressure selling, subscription traps, hidden charges and fake reviews.

In the launch film, consumer champion Angellica Bell guides us through Rip-Off Road Market.
A place that exposes the shady tactics of online retailers, by bringing them into the real world.
I wrote a script that could be separated into shorter edits for social content, seen below.
A clever use of budget. And a careful consideration of craft.
I was on hand to direct Angellica through each scene in one intensive day of shooting.
