For me, it all starts by listening. Hearing people talk about the challenge, lettting my cogs whir and then pitching simple, considered ideas. That might include crafting copy, cracking the big idea and telling stories that sell them in. Just as much as it does directing talent and mentoring juniors.
I muck in. Push projects forward. And make things happen.
